Step out near the Thomson–East Coast Line
Springleaf MRT connects directly through the TEL corridor towards Woodlands, Orchard, Marina Bay and the East Coast—without giving up a quieter, low-rise neighbourhood feel.
Upper Thomson Residences is set to introduce approximately 595 new homes with ground-floor commercial conveniences in a rare, emerging precinct beside Springleaf MRT and Singapore’s northern nature belt.
It is not simply another launch on Upper Thomson Road. Parcel A combines rail proximity, a growing amenity base and a nature-sensitive master plan in a precinct only beginning its next chapter.
Springleaf MRT connects directly through the TEL corridor towards Woodlands, Orchard, Marina Bay and the East Coast—without giving up a quieter, low-rise neighbourhood feel.
Planning provisions include at least 1,500 sqm for supermarket, retail or restaurant use and at least 1,000 sqm for a childcare centre—useful infrastructure for residents and the wider precinct.
The Springleaf precinct sits between the Central Catchment and Upper Seletar Reservoir to the west, and Springleaf Nature Park and Lower Seletar Reservoir to the east.
Wee Hur Property and GSC Holdings secured the site for S$613,939,000—about S$1,062 per sq ft per plot ratio. The winning bid was only about 2% above the second-highest offer, signalling closely matched developer views on the site’s potential.
